Job summary

PT Greenfield Work and Flow in Bali seeks an IT Support & Live Studio Technician to maintain IT infrastructure and manage live production equipment for streaming sessions. You will set up cameras, lighting, and audio, ensure readiness before broadcasts, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

The role requires hands-on IT support for computers, printers, CCTV, and networking, plus basic OBS knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Support, Live Streaming, Multimedia, Broadcasting, or related field.
• Familiar with camera setup, audio systems, lighting, and live streaming equipment.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, printers, CCTV, and basic networking.
• Able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently.
• Basic knowledge of streaming software (OBS or similar) is an advantage.

Responsibilities
