Job summary

RoboMetrics AI is seeking an IT Support & Field Operations Specialist to manage about 20 AI video data collection devices across Jakarta. The role combines IT support, field operations, device maintenance, and video data management, with on-site duties and daily field visits.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware/software, coordinate with field operators, and ensure timely data transfers while maintaining records and inventory. Bahasa Indonesia fluency is essential; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 in IT, Computer Engineering, Networking, or a related technical field.
• Previous IT support, hardware maintenance, or field technical services experience.
• Familiar with computers, storage devices, file transfers, and cloud storage.
• Comfortable handling large video files and basic troubleshooting.
• Willing to travel between multiple field locations across Jakarta daily.
• Physically fit, responsible, punctual, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is plus point.
• Willing to support morning device setup and evening data collection schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain approximately 20 video data collection devices.
• Assist operators with device setup, proper wearing, and recording procedures.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Conduct routine device inspections, maintenance, and inventory checks.
• Visit assigned data collection sites daily.
• Coordinate with local operators to ensure devices are functioning correctly and recording activities start as scheduled.
• Provide on-site technical assistance and basic operator training when needed.
• Collect daily video recordings from field locations, including evening visits.
• Transfer video data from devices to company local servers and upload it to designated cloud storage.
• Verify data integrity, completeness, and successful uploads.
• Maintain accurate records of data transfers and device status.

This role combines IT support, field operations, device maintenance, and video data management. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on-site, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with field operators to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Device Management and Technical Support

• Manage and maintain approximately 20 video data collection devices.
