Job summary

RoboMetrics AI is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead our AI data collection in Jakarta and Yogyakarta. This hands-on role involves onboarding local businesses, deploying data-collection devices, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution.

You will travel across your city, manage several sites, and coordinate with the team to achieve milestones.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; field/PM experience; strong communication and relationship skills; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Deploy devices and train staff on basic operation and collection procedures.
• Monitor collection, provide on-site support, and resolve operational issues.
• Collect devices after the recording period and upload the full-day recordings.
• Keep accurate records of locations, devices, schedules, and collection status.
• Coordinate with the internal project team.

Field Project Manager - AI Data Collection (2 Positions)

Location: Jakarta (Jabodetabek) & Yogyakarta (1 position each)

Salary: Up to IDR 15,000,000/month

About the Role
We are looking for a Field Project Manager to run our AI data collection project on the ground. You will find and onboard local businesses, deploy data-collection devices, and make sure the collection process runs smoothly. This is a hands-on field role for someone who enjoys meeting people and owning day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct door-to-door outreach to restaurants, cafés, tea shops, computer repair stores, and other businesses

Approach business owners and managers, introduce the project, and obtain permission for their staff to participate

Build and maintain relationships with participating businesses

Deploy devices and train staff on basic operation and collection procedures

Monitor collection, provide on-site support, and resolve operational issues

Collect devices after the recording period and upload the full-day recordings

Keep accurate records of locations, devices, schedules, and collection status

Coordinate with the internal project team
