AVOWS GLOBAL IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an IT Governance & Compliance professional to develop and maintain governance policies aligned with COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 27001, while ensuring regulatory compliance within banking standards.

You will lead governance assessments, risk reviews, and remediation efforts, coordinating with auditors and stakeholders to close findings efficiently. Banking sector experience and relevant certifications are favored.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in IT governance, IT compliance, IT risk, IT audit, or related roles
• Banking/financial services experience preferred
• Strong understanding of COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001/ISMS
• Familiar with Bank Indonesia/OJK regulations and information security requirements
• ISO 27001, CISA, CRISC, or related certification is an advantage

• Develop, implement, and maintain IT governance policies, procedures, and standards aligned with COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, and banking regulations.

• Conduct regular IT governance and compliance assessments, including gap analysis, risk assessment, and control effectiveness reviews.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors and relevant stakeholders for IT audit, compliance review, and remediation activities.
• Prepare governance and compliance reports, track findings and corrective actions, and ensure timely closure of audit and compliance issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in IT Governance, IT Compliance, IT Risk, IT Audit, or related roles, preferably within banking/financial services.
• Strong understanding of COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001/ISMS, IT controls, risk management, and IT audit processes.
• Familiar with Bank Indonesia/OJK regulations, information security requirements, and regulatory compliance within the banking industry.
• Experienced in conducting risk assessment, gap analysis, control assessment, policy review, and audit remediation.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ISO 27001, CISA, CRISC, or related certification is an advantage.
