Job summary

The Pakubuwono Residence (PP The Pakubuwono Residence) invites applications for an Information Technology Support Technician. You will handle IT networking and infrastructure, install hardware and software, monitor performance, and provide technical support to staff.

Responsibilities include managing servers and storage, enforcing MIS/IT SOPs, updating IT inventory, and ensuring data security. A bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT and substantial experience are typically required;

Job Descriptions :

Handle IT Networking and infrastructure

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, networks, printers, scanners, and providing technical support training.

Providing technical support across the company, repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.

Oversee the management of the organization's network infrastructure, including servers, storage, and data management systems.

Comply and implement the standard operating policies (SOP) and procedures of MIS/IT department adhere to the company policies to ensure data accuracy & security

To manage and update IT inventory (computers, servers and etc)
