Job summary

FKS Group in Indonesia seeks a seasoned Java developer to lead core product functions, ensure overall development quality, and guide daily team activities. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, is proficient in Java stacks (Spring, Hibernate, MyBatis) and related tools (Dubbo, Zookeeper, Redis, Maven, Tomcat), and is comfortable with Linux environments.

English fluency is required; Chinese is a plus. This role focuses on building scalable logistics software.

Job description

Be responsible for the development of the core functions of the product and the guarantee of the overall development quality.

Be responsible for formulating development plans, arranging the daily work of the development team, and tracking and reporting progress, and be directly responsible for the product's development progress.

Be responsible for receiving requirements and system design, assigning development tasks to corresponding developers, and guiding the team to complete the development work.

Be responsible for communication and coordination with other departments such as product, testing, and implementation.

Job Requirements:

Be proficient in Java related technology stacks, familiar with JVM parameter tuning, mainstream frameworks such as Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, My Batis, and Hibernate.

Be familiar with components such as Dubbo, zookeeper, Redis, Maven, and Git, and familiar with Web containers such as Tomcat and Jetty.

Be familiar with SQL programming of MySQL 5.7, 8.0 + or oracle 11g +.

Be familiar with the Linux server environment, have some experience in the daily use and application deployment of Linux servers, and be familiar with the handling principles and process methods of production failures.

Be familiar with module design, have good software design and thinking abilities, and have participated in design and documentation.

Full time undergraduate degree or above, majoring in software and computer related fields.

Have five or more years of development work experience.

Have good communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork abilities.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies to improve products and processes.

Be fluent in spoken and written English. Chinese speaking is preferred.

Those with system development experience in the supply chain logistics industry are preferred.
