Job summary

The role requires 6–8 years in IT service management or IT operations, strong ITIL/ITSM knowledge, and proven leadership. On-site work in Cikarang is expected, with English proficiency and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT or CS required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure IT service delivery meets SLA, uptime, and service availability targets.
• Monitor and improve incident, request, problem, and change management using ITIL practices.
• Conduct regular ITSM reviews and drive continual service improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams, global IT, and external vendors.
