Job summary

kloudynet technologies SDN BHD is seeking an IT Security Practitioner to join our team in Jakarta. The role focuses on Microsoft cloud security operations, Defender for Endpoint, Intune policies, and Defender for Office 365 security to protect corporate assets and data.

You will collaborate with SOC teams on incident investigation and containment, manage phishing simulations, and enforce security policies including SPF/DKIM/DMARC across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT security experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint: alert triage, investigation & containment.
• Hands-on Intune compliance policies and MAM.
• Experience with Exchange Online / Defender for Office 365 security.
• Knowledge of anti-phishing, anti-spam, Safe Links, Safe Attachments, transport rules & quarantine management.
• Working knowledge SPF, DKIM & DMARC.
• Experience supporting phishing simulation campaigns.
• Experience working with SOC teams on incident investigation and containment.
• Knowledge of vulnerability tracking and security policy compliance.
