We’re Hiring: IT/OT Security Tower Lead

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia | Onsite - Local Indonesian

Experience: 8+ years

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in IT Security
• Strong hands-on exposure to IT & OT Security
• Experience in industrial/process environments involving SCADA, DCS, Historian platforms and Level 2–3 network zones
• Knowledge of IEC 62443 and/or NIST SP 800-82
• Experience with cyber risk registers, control assessments & security governance
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM/PAM & Defender for Cloud
• Experience with firewalls, SIEM integration & vulnerability management
• Experience managing security policies, compliance & audit requirements
• Strong incident response and security risk management experience
• Ability to present security risks and mitigation plans to leadership
