Job summary

Sun Life Indonesia is seeking a seasoned IT Security & Governance Lead to safeguard our information assets and drive risk-based decisions across the IT landscape in Jakarta.

You will lead a team, shape security policies, coordinate with regional and corporate teams, and ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, NIST and PCI DSS while delivering projects on time and within budget. The role requires at least 5 years in IT, with 3+ in security leadership, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• At least 5 years in IT, with minimum 3 years in IT Security and/or team leading.
• Certifications (CEH, CHFI, ECIH, CISM, CISSP, ITIL, Six Sigma) are preferable.
• Experience in the financial sector is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT security and governance activities and provide expert guidance.
• Develop and maintain local security operating guidelines based on policies.
• Define and implement access provisioning and software license controls.
• Coordinate project security reviews and reporting.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate teams for security alignment.
• Support audit activities related to ITGC, ISO 27001 and internal audits.
