Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking an experienced Security Architect to define and implement security frameworks for both existing and new systems in the organization. The role ensures policy compliance, updates security standards per group guidance, and provides regular IT security reporting to leadership.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in SOC/Blue Team, hands-on UAM/UAR experience, strong ISO 27001/27701 knowledge, and a proven ability to work under pressure while delivering clear security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT.
• At least 3 years of experience in SOC / Blue Team.
• Hands-on expertise in UAM and UAR.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001/27701 and audit/reporting experience.
• Strong analytical mindset, clear communication, and ability to work under pressure.

Job description

• Defines and implements security frameworks for existing and new systems in the company.
• Ensures compliance of general IT security policies and company policies.
• Creates, implements and enforces security policies according to the best security practices and to the Group standards.
• Provides description of security architect standards and security solutions, to ensure every standard in the company is updated with current expectation.
• Provides regular reporting related to IT Security to communicate all important matters to superior and other units.
• Plans security tests of infrastructure and systems, conducts penetration tests, discovers vulnerabilities in information systems to maintain the level of security system in the company.
• Identifies potential security breaches and vulnerability issues and resolve this matter based on policy and procedure.
• Provides technical support and consultation for enhancement of network security configuration.
• Cooperates on business continuity and disaster recovery planning to support business continuity operations in disaster situation.
• Prepares written materials (e.g. procedures, reports, guidelines, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities and providing guidelines and help for the users.

We are looking for talent with:

• Bachelor's degree from Computer Science or Information Technology.
• At least 3 years of experience in SOC / Blue Team.
• Proven hands-on expertise in User Access Matrix (UAM) and User Access Reviews (UAR).
• Solid knowledge of ISO 27001/ISO 27701 and experienced in the audit process and reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset, confident communicator, and able to operate under pressure.
