Job summary

Packet Systems Indonesia is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to monitor security events and manage incidents in a fast-paced SOC. You will respond to threats, assess incidents, and ensure timely mitigation while maintaining SLA compliance.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience, IT-related degree, and CEH/CHFI/ECSA/ECIH certificates. Strong English communication, reporting, and teamwork skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as Cyber Security Analyst.
• Must hold CEH/CHFI/ECSA/ECIH or equivalent certificates.
• Strong incident management and reporting skills.
• Experience with security device management and SIEM.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Able to work in a challenging environment and extend hours.

• Monitor security events, manage incidents and respond to threats.

• CEH/CHFI/ECSA/ECIH certificate is a must, and other relevant Information security certificates are preferred
• Have degree holder in Information Technology related field
• At least mininum 2 until 4 years of working experience in Cyber Security Analyst
• Willing to learn new security technologies
• Proficient in Incident Management and Response
• Experience in security device management and SIEM
• In-depth knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management, incident management etc.
• Experience in threat management
• Proficient in preparation of reports, dashboards and documentation
• Good Analytical skills, Problem solving and Interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate with English in both written and oral forms
