Job summary

Lintasarta is seeking a senior security analytics lead to direct the security analyst team in monitoring, detecting, and responding to threats across the MPC infrastructure. You will drive incident response, forensics, and vulnerability assessments while ensuring compliance with SOC 2 Type 2 requirements.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of five years in security analysis, active CISSP or equivalents, and hands-on experience with SIEM tools and OpenShift cloud security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in security analyst roles.
• Must have active CISSP or CIHE/CHFI/ECIH/eCTHP/SOC 2 Type 2 Implementer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the security analyst team in day-to-day security monitoring and incident response activities.
• Oversee the detection, investigation, and analysis of security incidents and threats across the infrastructure.
• Conduct digital forensics investigations and incident handling for security breaches.
• Perform penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to identify system weaknesses.
• Develop and review security monitoring procedures, playbooks, and incident response plans.
• Ensure security controls align with SOC 2 Type 2 compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with Security Architect and other teams to strengthen security posture.
• Prepare security incident reports, audit findings, and recommendations for management.
• Mentor and guide team members in security analysis techniques and best practices.

Job description

Responsible for leading the security analyst team in monitoring, detecting, analyzing, and responding to security threats within the infrastructure supporting the Map Production Center (MPC), ensuring the system remains protected against cyber threats and compliant with information security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the security analyst team in day-to-day security monitoring and incident response activities
• Oversee the detection, investigation, and analysis of security incidents and threats across the infrastructure
• Conduct digital forensic investigations and incident handling (incident response) for security breaches
• Perform penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to identify system weaknesses
• Develop and review security monitoring procedures, playbooks, and incident response plans
• Ensure the implementation of security controls aligns with SOC 2 Type 2 compliance requirements
• Coordinate with the Security Architect and other technical teams to strengthen the overall security posture
• Prepare security incident reports, audit findings, and recommendations for management
• Mentor and guide team members in security analysis techniques and best practices

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering/Informatics Engineering/Computer Engineering/Information Systems
• Minimum 5 (five) years of experience in the security analyst field
• Must have Certified CIHE / CHFI / ECIH / eCTHP / SOC 2 Type 2 Implementer / CISSP active
• Experience leading a security operations or incident response team
• Familiar with SIEM tools and security monitoring platforms
• Understanding of cloud security (Red Hat/OpenShift environments) is an advantage
