Job summary

MateCareer is seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance professional to join our QA team. You will apply QA principles, design test strategies, and work with product and engineering to validate software across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.

You'll plan tests, create documentation, manage testing activities, and contribute to defect tracking, performance, and load tests in cloud and on‑prem environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in software QA and familiar with QA principles and processes.
• Knowledge of test automation tools.
• Experience in functional, integration, performance, and stress tests.
• Define QA governance processes.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to feedback test results.
• Plan, execute, and document testing activities.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing.
• Track defects using a defect tracking system and ensure retesting.

Job description

Experience software product Quality Assurance and is familiar with software QA principles, processes, methods, frameworks, and test automation tools

• Understand Cloud computing and on-premises applications, Microservice, DevOps, Web, Desktop & Mobile applications development


• Design and review applications from QA perspective


• Experience in functional test, integration test, performance test, stress / load test


• Define QA governance processes


• Work closely with product and engineering team to provide timely and meaningful feedback regarding test results


• Plan, execute and create testing documents such as test approach, plans, test scenarios, test data


• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities


• Collaborate with product and engineering and track closure of each test phase through defect tracking, resolving, and retesting
