Job summary

Atreus Global is seeking an IT Project Manager in Jakarta with 2–3 years of experience to drive system implementations and application development projects. You will guide projects through the lifecycle, coordinate with regional stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery.

A degree in IT/CS/IS is required, along with strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS or related field.
2–3 years of experience in IT Project Management or similar role.
Experience managing IT projects, system implementation, application development, or enhancements.
Strong understanding of IT project lifecycle, SDLC, planning, and risk management.
Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Good English communication skills with regional or multinational stakeholders.
Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Jira/Confluence is a plus.
