CODE.ID saat ini mencari Product Manager berpengalaman untuk menghadirkan modul Universal Biller System Integration – IPL.

Peran ini membutuhkan kepemimpinan produk dari definisi kebutuhan hingga implementasi, bekerja erat dengan tim bisnis, TI, risiko, dan kepatuhan untuk memastikan kelancaran inisiatif pembayaran.

Qualifications

• Memiliki minimal 5 tahun pengalaman sebagai Product Manager atau Product Owner.
• Pemahaman kuat terhadap skema pembayaran digital dan produk perbankan ritel digital.
• Pengalaman analisis kebutuhan bisnis, perencanaan produk, dan prioritisasi fitur.
• Keterampilan manajemen pemangku kepentingan dan koordinasi lintas fungsi.
• Komunikasi yang baik, kemampuan berbicara di muka publik, dan negosiasi.
• Kemampuan berpikir strategis sambil memegang detail.
• Proaktif, teliti, dan berorientasi pada pencapaian tujuan produk.
• Siap menerima kontrak 3 bulan dengan peluang perpanjangan.

Responsabilités

• Mengembangkan kebutuhan bisnis dan kasus bisnis untuk Modul IPL Universal Biller System Integration.
• Mempersiapkan PRD, alur pengguna, dan prioritas fitur untuk modul tersebut.
• Berkordinasi dengan bisnis, teknologi, risiko, kepatuhan, dan mitra terkait.
• Mengembangkan roadmap produk dan timeline proyek untuk modul IPL.
• Menyusun perencanaan produk dan dokumentasi pendukung sebagai dasar proposal pengembangan.
• Menyajikan hasil perencanaan produk kepada pemangku kepentingan untuk pengambilan keputusan.
• Menerapkan pemikiran strategis tingkat tinggi dan analisis mendalam terutama pada pembayaran, transaksi, dan integrasi sistem.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Develop business requirements and business cases for the Universal Biller System Integration – IPL Module.
• Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user flows, and feature prioritization for the Universal Biller System Integration – IPL Module.
• Coordinate with business, technology, risk and compliance teams, as well as relevant partners, to ensure readiness for implementation.
• Develop product roadmaps and project timelines for the Universal Biller System Integration – IPL Module.
• Prepare product planning and supporting documentation as the basis for submitting development proposals.
• Present product planning outcomes to relevant stakeholders to support decision-making.
• Apply both high-level strategic thinking and detailed analysis, particularly in payment systems, transactions, and system integration.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Strong understanding of digital payment schemes and retail digital banking products.
• Experience in business requirement analysis, product planning, and feature prioritization.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, public speaking, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to think strategically while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Persistent, proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to achieving product objectives.
• Willing to work under a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension.
