Job summary

PT Deptech Digital Indonesia is seeking an IT Project Manager in Jakarta to lead an end-to-end migration from OCP to AWS ROSA, coordinating internal teams and external vendors.

The role focuses on developing project plans, risk assessments, documentation review, and ensuring production readiness with governance across ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS standards.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager in cloud or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in platform migration, cloud adoption, or application modernization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AWS, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and DevOps workflows.
• PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, AWS) are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end OCP to AWS ROSA migration project.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and overall project delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams, business users, and external vendors (e.g., AWS, Red Hat, and System Integrators).
• Oversee the preparation and review of project documentation, including BRD, HLD/LLD, Migration Plan, Testing Plan, and Cutover Plan.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards, including OJK, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS.
• Provide regular project status updates, risks, and key milestones to senior management and the Steering Committee.
• Oversee testing activities and ensure production readiness prior to deployment.
