ABeam Consulting Indonesia is seeking a senior IT Infrastructure leader to drive strategic planning, high-level design, and end-to-end delivery of infrastructure initiatives within the financial sector. The role emphasizes architecture leadership, executive-level stakeholder engagement, and data-driven project governance.

The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end programs, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to ABeam methodologies while delivering cost-efficient, high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• IT Infrastructure Leadership & Strategy: Lead the strategic planning, high-level design, and end-to-end implementation oversight of IT Infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business needs (especially within the Financial Industry).
• Project Management & Delivery: Proactively manage overall project execution (encompassing business requirements, IT systems, and operational transformations) to ensure smooth delivery, cost efficiency, and alignment with industry standards.
• Solution Architecture & Logical Thinking: Act as a thought leader—not just a messenger—by objectively analyzing complex data, driving logical hypotheses, and proposing decisive technical and operational solutions.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Confidently facilitate high-level meetings and maintain strong, advisory relationships with clients and business partners at equivalent professional levels.
• Project Visibility & Reporting: Monitor overall project health and continuously provide clear, data-backed status updates and visualizations to supervisors and key stakeholders.
• Methodology & Quality Assurance: Standardize and govern all project deliverables to align firmly with ABeam Project Management methodologies.
• Team Synergy & People Development: Foster a highly collaborative team environment, drive continuous self-improvement (including leveraging AI tools for efficiency), and actively mentor team members to accelerate their skill sets.
  

Qualifications

• Strong Leadership Character, Fast Learner, Solution Oriented, Proactive, Presentable, Good communication and reporting skill.
• Logical Thinking, Has own opinion (not messenger character).
• Proactive mindset to continuously make improvement in self daily work, teamwork, and also capability to efficiency improvement using AI adaptation is plus point.
• Experienced and has good track in IT Infrastructure Design, Develop, and Implement, especially in Financial Industry. Has vision in IT Infrastructure planning (we are looking for leader, not implementor staff).
• Work from Office Environment.
• Experienced in Consulting Company or Finance industry, specializing in Operation and IT transformation.
• Experienced in overall project management (Business requirement, IT and operation implementation) with proven track record and keeping up to date with industry standard practices.
• Detail oriented with ability to analyze data and derive hypothesis logically.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill. Not hesitate to discuss with Clients at equivalent level and good at constructing good relationship.
• Integrity, curiosity and strong willingness to learn new things from any situation as a professional consultant.
• Proficient in English, with strong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
