Job summary

PT. Metrodata Electronics Tbk. seeks a senior Oracle ERP consultant to lead end-to-end ERP implementations in Supply Chain modules in Jakarta. You will translate client requirements into scalable Oracle solutions, design functional setups, and guide SIT/UAT and go-live.

Must have 7+ years in Oracle implementations and strong English, with manufacturing/supply chain domain experience. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects using Oracle ERP.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle solutions.
• Design functional setups aligned with best practices and objectives.
• Configure system, perform gap analysis, and recommend improvements.
• Lead SIT/UAT and ensure successful go-live.
• Create BRD, FDD, config docs, and user manuals.
• Ensure deliverables meet timelines and methodology.
• Provide advisory on supply chain optimization and digital shifts.
• Conduct end-user training and support knowledge transfer.
• Mentor junior consultants through project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless implementation.
• Maintain stakeholder communication and manage expectations.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects using Oracle E-Business Suite / Oracle Fusion for Supply Chain modules (e.g., Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing).
• Analyze, collect, and validate complex client business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle ERP solutions.
• Design and propose functional solutions aligned with best practices and business objectives.
• Configure system setup, perform gap analysis, and recommend process improvements.
• Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure successful go-live.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation including BRD, FDD, configuration documents, and user manuals.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed according to timeline and project methodology.
• Provide strategic advisory to clients on supply chain optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Conduct end-user training sessions and support knowledge transfer.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance throughout project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication and manage client expectations throughout the project.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Have >7 years of experience in Oracle Implementation or minimum 8-10 full cycle project implementations.
• Experience handle di area Manufacturing & Supply Chain: Manufacturing process, Manufacturing Discrete, Cost Management, Quality Management, Product Management, Inventory Management + Procurement (preferable).
• Proficient in English.
