Job summary

PT. Intikom Berlian Mustika is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive IT outsourcing services in Indonesia. You will identify prospects, present proposals, and close deals by understanding client needs and delivering tailored IT talent solutions.

You will collaborate with recruitment to align capabilities with client requirements, manage key accounts (HR, IT managers, CTOs), and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience in IT outsourcing / IT staffing / software.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Good understanding of IT team structure and roles.
• Knowledge of IT outsourcing business models.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by developing and executing sales strategies.
• Identify and approach potential clients through calls, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Present and promote IT outsourcing services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers (HR, IT Manager, CTO, Procurement).
• Understand client needs for IT talents (Software Engineer, QA, DevOps, Data, Infra, Cloud, etc.).
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of talent to clients.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and handle commercial negotiations.
• Update sales pipeline and provide regular reports using CRM or internal tools.
