Job summary

Kredivo Group invites an IT Lead to build and steer the IT Operations function for a business entity in the group. Based in Jakarta, you will own IT systems, data center footprint, and a transition to cloud solutions while ensuring security, compliance, and effective service delivery.

You will report to the Head of IT and drive continuous improvements, incident leadership, and stakeholder alignment with the group’s verticals, including regulators and vendors.

Qualifications

• Convert IT roadmaps into defined workstreams with clear deliverables and deadlines.
• Own IT systems including endpoint fleet, network, data center, and DR/C
• Lead end-to-end architecture for data center and cloud transition.
• Ensure IT systems meet financial industry compliance standards.
• Define and track team performance metrics and coach for outcomes.
• Lead critical incidents and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Own processes, documentation, and knowledge bases for non-technical stakeholders.
• Engage with stakeholders including C-levels, vendors and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Translate IT roadmap into defined workstreams with accountable owners.
• Own the entity's IT systems, data center footprint, and service platforms.
• Direct cloud transition and map on-prem concepts to cloud equivalents.
• Ensure compliance and close audit findings within timelines.
• Set performance metrics and drive team toward outcomes.
• Lead escalation resolution and manage stakeholder communications.
• Own process improvements and knowledge management.
