Job summary

PT Korea Tomorrow & Global TSPM seeks an experienced IT Operations professional with strong SAP background to supervise day-to-day IT services and manage incidents across SAP S/4HANA and associated business applications.

You will collaborate with SAP Functional Teams, coordinate with vendors, and ensure service levels are met while maintaining comprehensive documentation and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in IT operations or SAP support.
• Strong SAP experience and module integration across business processes.
• Experience with Jira, MS Project, or similar tools.
• SharePoint knowledge preferred.
• English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily IT Operations activities and monitor team performance to meet SLAs.
• Manage and monitor the resolution of IT incidents, service requests, system issues, and user-related problems.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP S/4HANA and relevant business applications.
• Work closely with SAP Functional Teams to investigate issues, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate solutions.
• Support SAP modules such as SD, MM, TM, FI/TR, and MDM, including integration with other systems.
• Coordinate with business users to understand requirements and support system enhancements and process improvements.
• Monitor ticket status, incident trends, system performance, and recurring issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation, system logs, process flows, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams, external vendors, and regional/global IT stakeholders to resolve technical issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Operations, SAP support, application support, or a related IT function.
• Strong experience in SAP environments, including system support, maintenance, troubleshooting, end-user support, and issue escalation.
• Good understanding of core SAP modules such as SD, MM, TM, FI/TR, or MDM and their integration with business processes.
• Experience with IT ticketing and project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Good documentation and knowledge management skills; experience with SharePoint is preferred.
• Experience coordinating with business users, technical teams, vendors, or SAP Functional Teams.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or Sales & Distribution industries is preferred.
• Experience working with Korean IT teams or multinational organizations is preferred.
• SAP S/4HANA certification is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
