Job summary

PT Kairos Utama Indonesia is seeking a Business Analyst with SAP FICO expertise to gather, analyze, and document requirements for financial systems projects in Jakarta.

The role involves translating requirements into BRD/FSD, collaborating with SAP consultants, developers, QA, and project managers, and supporting SIT/UAT, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable SAP FI/CO solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst working with SAP FICO.
• Understanding of SAP FI/CO modules.
• Experience in business requirement gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation.
• Familiarity with SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support projects.
• Understanding of SDLC.
• Experience in Agile or Waterfall environments.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct business process analysis and identify improvement opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Understanding of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
• Experience in business requirement gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation.
• Familiarity with SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support projects.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments is preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
