Job summary

PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk. seeks a seasoned ICT Network & Security Lead to oversee daily operations, ensuring system availability, performance, and security across the infrastructure.

You will manage incident handling, monitoring, backups, and documentation while guiding projects and coordinating with vendors. Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years in Network & Security or IT infrastructure, strong leadership, and hands-on expertise in routing, switching, security controls, and monitoring tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in Network & Security or IT Infrastructure, preferably within an IT Services environment.
• Strong hands-on experience in Network & Security implementation, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience in team leadership and operational supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily ICT Network & Security operations to ensure service availability, performance, and security.
• Oversee incident, request, ticket, and complaint management, including last-layer troubleshooting and resolution.
• Ensure proper execution of monitoring, backup, preventive maintenance, and technical documentation.
• Manage and supervise Network & Security infrastructure implementation, maintenance, and improvement.
• Lead Network & Security projects and coordinate effectively with vendors and relevant departments.
• Conduct technology research and evaluation to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Supervise team performance and ensure operational activities comply with SOPs, service standards, and company objectives.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Routing & Switching, Firewall, VPN, Network Monitoring, and Network Security.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, customer-oriented, and service-oriented skills.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in Network & Security project implementation is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or equivalent are an advantage.
