Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Solid experience in IT operations and infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of networks and cybersecurity.
• Experience managing IT projects and vendors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive, self-driven with multi-priority management.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT operations and infrastructure for reliability.
• Oversee IT services, security controls, and business continuity.
• Coordinate with regional/global IT teams on initiatives.
• Lead IT projects, system upgrades, and vendor relationships.
• Support onboarding of new employees with IT access.
