PT Map Zona Adiperkasa invites an IT Infrastructure Support professional to maintain network and store IT systems across Indonesia. You will provide day-to-day support for stores, troubleshoot connectivity, printers, POS, and other IT equipment, and ensure reliable operations.
The role requires a bachelor's in IT/CS, 1–2 years in IT infrastructure, strong networking knowledge, and willingness to travel to support new stores.
Provide day-to-day IT infrastructure support for stores, including network, internet connectivity, hardware, and peripheral devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues affecting store operations, such as network connectivity, POS connectivity, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Monitor and maintain store network performance to ensure stable and uninterrupted business operations.
Coordinate with Store Operations, Corporate IT, Internet Service Providers (ISP), and external vendors to resolve technical issues within the agreed SLA.
Install, configure, and replace network devices, computers, access points, switches, and other infrastructure equipment when required.
Support IT infrastructure setup for new store openings, store relocations, renovations, and store closures.
Conduct infrastructure testing and ensure all IT systems are fully operational before store go-live.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine health checks on store IT infrastructure to reduce operational disruptions.
Maintain accurate documentation of store infrastructure, asset deployment, and technical activities.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Support, Network Support, IT Operations, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting.
Experience supporting retail stores, branch offices, or multi-site environments is an advantage.
Familiar with Windows operating systems, computer hardware, network devices, and IT peripherals.
Able to troubleshoot both infrastructure and basic application issues related to store operations.
Comfortable coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and store personnel.
Willing to travel frequently to support stores and new store opening activities across Indonesia.
Strong problem-solving skills, responsiveness, and a service-oriented mindset.
