MAP Fashion1 in Jakarta seeks an administrative/finance support to handle purchasing, SAP GR, petty cash, invoicing and delivery documents, ensuring accurate recording and timely processing.

You will assist end-to-end Asset transfers, disposals, reimbursements, travel advances and daily sales reporting as part of a busy retail finance team at Indonesia's leading lifestyle retailer.

Job description

Handled Purchase Request and Goods Receipt in SAP, Claim Petty Cash, Compile Incentive, POB Opening Store, Prepare invoice and Delivery Order document

Process end to end Transfer Asset, Disposal Asset and Sale of Fixed Asset and submitted to accounting

Handled Claim Reimbursement, Travelling Advanced and Settlement Operational Manager submit to finance

Daily Sales Report
