Job summary

MAP in Jakarta is seeking a Network Incident Support specialist to provide Level 2 incident handling, manage provisioning for new, upgrade, and termination requests, and oversee network hardware provisioning for stores.

The role also involves creating and maintaining store VPN connectivity, managing new store email accounts, and monitoring connectivity across stores and overseas offices. Collaboration with Corporate IT on projects is required.
