Aufgaben

• Infrastructure Project Management: plan, initiate, and execute projects from conception to completion.
• IT Service Management: oversee change, incident, problem, configuration, and knowledge management; ensure SLAs are met.
• Audit: coordinate with Governance Risk & Compliance; document findings and remediation actions.
• Team Coordination: collaborate with IT, operations and business units; support resource planning.
• Documentation & Compliance: maintain project docs and ensure policy compliance.
