Job summary

PT Alto Network is seeking a proactive Cloud/DevOps support specialist in Indonesia to assist cloud projects, manage implementation timelines, and help optimize cost usage. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver documentation, reports, and smooth BAU execution, while gaining exposure to GCP, Huawei, and AWS environments.

The role emphasizes learning, communication, and teamwork, with opportunities to contribute to architecture discussions and scripting tasks.

Qualifications

• Have basic knowledge of Cloud Platform (GCP, Huawei, AWS).
• Know Logging Explorer and Monitoring cost usage.
• Familiar with containerization and Kubernetes basics.
• Basic Redis and Kafka knowledge.
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash) are a plus.
• Knowledge of Linux commands and shell workflows.
• Proficient with Excel/Word/PowerPoint and creating docs.
• Ability to create and enhance documentation and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Support cloud projects with initiative and leadership.
• Contribute to project execution with feedback and suggestions.
• Manage implementation timelines and deliverables.
• Assist team in producing MoMs and aligning with customer needs.
• Review and report product cost usage regularly.
• Maintain cross-team relationships and smooth BAU delivery.

Job Description

• Support the team in cloud projects by demonstrating initiative and leadership capabilities.
• Participate in project execution, providing constructive feedback and suggestions.
• Able to manage timeline on track on the execution of Implementation.
• Assist team members in creating MoM and ensure team members understand customer (internal & external) needs and deliver the expected outcomes.
• Regularly generating review cost usage for our product is supported.
• Establish and maintain active and constructive relationships with other teams in the organization. (internal)
• Checker for delivery BAU based on implementation plan step.
• Documentation and reporting.
• Follow and manage the timeline implementation plan.
• Ensure that all cloud operations adhere to relevant regulations and standards.
