Job summary

PT Sinergi Mitrajaya Abadi is seeking an IT IAM Operations professional to support identity and access management within a leading Indonesian banking institution. You will prepare proposals, documentation, and coordinate with IT teams to drive project implementations and track progress.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS, at least 1 year in IT IAM Operations, and strong knowledge of SSL, PAM, cryptography, and OS user management. THR included and located in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• ≥1 year of IT IAM Operations experience.
• Experience in IT Security, especially IAM.
• Ability to create reports and documentation.
• Knowledge of SSL, PAM, and cryptography.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows Server user management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project implementation proposals and request approval from leadership and IT teams.
• Prepare project documentation per procedures and policies.
• Coordinate with IT and related teams to support project implementations.

• Submit progress reports and escalate when needed.

IT IAM Operations role supporting identity and access management functions within a leading banking institution in Indonesia.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare project implementation proposals and request approval from leadership and relevant IT teams
• Prepare project documentation in accordance with applicable procedures and policies
• Coordinate with IT teams and related teams to support project implementation
• Review and provide feedback on technical work execution in projects
• Perform escalation and submit project progress reports periodically or based on requests from leadership or relevant IT teams

About you

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related IT field
• Minimum 1 year of experience as IT IAM Operations
• Experience in IT Security, particularly in Identity and Access Management domain
• Ability to create good reports and documentation
• Knowledge of SSL, PAM and cryptography
• Knowledge of user management in commonly used operating systems such as Linux and Windows Server
