Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is hiring a CRM/ERP integration specialist to analyze requirements and end-to-end processes. The role involves configuring SAP CDP, integrating with ERP systems like SD/MM, and enabling data flows with BigQuery and GA4.

You will document technical specs and support testing, go-live, and post-implementation support. The ideal candidate has a degree in IT-related fields and at least 3 years of CRM experience, plus hands-on SQL, data modeling, and scripting skills in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in informatics/IS/industrial/data science or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, SAP CDP, or related systems.
• Strong understanding of CRM implementation, data flow, and system integration.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, data modeling, data mapping, and ERP SD/MM modules.
• Familiarity with Marketing Automation, BigQuery, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Python or JavaScript is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines.
