Job summary

BYD Auto Indonesia is seeking an experienced IT/ERP Project Manager to lead the integration of manufacturing IT projects and drive strategic system initiatives. You will stay current on BI trends and ensure alignment with business needs while coordinating cross-functional teams for timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing management with ERP project experience, is fluent in English, and understands SAP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, SE, or related field.
• 3+ years in manufacturing management; ERP project mgmt exp.
• Experience with manufacturing ERP systems; SAP consulting preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Stay informed about advanced reporting solutions in the industry and keep up with the latest trends in data warehousing and business intelligence (BI) technologies.

• Lead and coordinate the integration of all IT projects in a comprehensive and systematic manner.

• Conduct feasibility analysis and provide strategic recommendations based on the current state of system applications.

• Drive the implementation of system-related projects in alignment with business department needs.

• Develop and establish standards and best practices for system operations and usage.

• Oversee the introduction and deployment of new systems or technologies.

• Manage and coordinate project resources across teams and departments to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• Solid understanding of manufacturing operational processes; project management experience is required; PMP certification is a strong advantage.

• Familiarity with manufacturing ERP systems; SAP consulting experience is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong ability to learn and adapt quickly.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing management, with at least 1 year of experience in ERP project management or implementation and 3 years of financial systems or accounting-related experience.

• Strong professional ethics, willingness to follow leader's instructions, meticulous attention to detail, high sense of responsibility, and effective communication skills. Capable of working under pressure and demonstrating resilience and perseverance in challenging environments.

• Language Required: Advanced English. Mandarin is a plus.
