Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Analyst to gather and document requirements across Legal, Compliance, and Contract Management domains. The role involves facilitating workshops, translating needs into clear specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and implement solutions.

Ideal candidates will have strong analytical and communication skills, plus experience supporting UAT and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, business, law, or related field.
• Proven experience as Business/Systems/Solution Analyst.
• Experience in Legal, Compliance, Corporate Governance, or Contract Management domains.
• Strong workshop facilitation and requirement gathering skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional/system requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot is a plus.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Legal, Compliance, Corporate Governance, and Contract Management processes.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify needs and improvements.
• Translate business requirements into clear specifications and system requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Corporate Governance, and other stakeholders to understand current processes and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze processes, workflows, and requirements to support technology solutions development or enhancement.
• Prepare and maintain business requirement documents, process flows, use cases, and related docs.
• Work with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
• Support UAT, validation, and issue clarification as needed.
• Provide recommendations and support stakeholders during solution implementation.
