Job description

This is a unique dual-role position that bridges the gap between IT operations and financial governance. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate lifecycle management of all IT assets while also providing critical financial oversight for IT projects — ensuring cost transparency, budget compliance, and seamless transition of project expenditures into Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations.

How You Succeed:

You'll build full visibility into the IT asset register and budget landscape, establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, and deliver clean, decision-ready financial reporting that leadership actually uses. Over time, you'll drive measurable cost optimization, tighten forecasting accuracy, and evolve from executor to advisor.

What You Do:

IT Asset Management: responsible for managing and maintaining the lifecycle of IT Assets, ensuring accurate records, compliance with policies, and cost optimization across the organization

IT Finance: responsible for monitoring, reporting, and managing the IT Division’s budget and expenditures

  • IT Budget Planning, Monitoring & Financial Management
  • Coordinate the IT Division’s annual operating plan, budget preparation, and consolidation
  • Monitor IT budget utilization and expenditures against approved budgets, including variance analysis, forecasting, and management reporting
  • Review and manage all IT budget requests and Memo Budget
  • Manage and monitor technology cost allocation to ensure appropriate, transparent, and consistent allocation of IT expenditures
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT Asset Management and/or IT Finance/Project Cost Control.
  • Strong proficiency in inventory tracking systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, SAP, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, cost allocation, depreciation, and financial reporting principles.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills — comfortable working with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Experience in project planning, scheduling, and financial monitoring (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
