Job summary

Chandra Asri Group is seeking an IT Asset Management Analyst (Talent Pool) to manage the end-to-end IT asset lifecycle across Indonesia, including hardware, software, and licenses. You will drive data accuracy, periodic reporting, and continuous system improvements while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 2 years of ITAM/IT operations experience, proficiency with ITAM tools and Excel, and knowledge of ITIL processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of IT asset management or IT operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with ITAM tools and Excel for reconciliation.
• Knowledge of ITIL Asset & Configuration Management processes.
• Experience coordinating with logistics/vendors on asset activities.
• Certifications ITIL v4 Foundation or CITAM/IAITAM are a plus.
• Strong Bahasa Indonesia; working-level English for documentation and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Asset Lifecycle Management across procurement, deployment, transfer, refresh, and disposal.
• Govern IT asset storage management including receiving, staging, and outbound logistics.
• Reconcile asset records with physical audits and ERP/finance records.
• Prepare periodic asset reports for management and audits.
• Support license compliance reporting with cross-functional teams.
• Drive maintenance and improvement of the asset management system.
• Define and enforce asset data standards and custodianship.
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics on asset activities and mentoring.
