Job summary

TechConnect seeks an IT Application Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of application projects, moving beyond traditional PMO governance toward active delivery management. You will forecast timelines, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery while coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams.

The role requires 8–12+ years in IT project management or application delivery, plus hands-on experience with delivery metrics and governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
8–12+ years of experience in IT project/program management or application delivery.
Experience operating beyond traditional PMO with ownership of delivery outcomes.
Strong track record of identifying and resolving schedule risk before missed deadlines.
Experience managing vendors, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and mature IT Application Delivery as an active delivery-management function.
Own end-to-end delivery of application projects from planning to stabilization.
Proactively manage timelines and intervene early when at risk.
Develop realistic delivery baselines and forecasts using velocity and blockers.
Hold teams accountable to committed timelines and drive mitigations.
