Job summary

CARE TECHNOLOGIES is seeking an IT Application Consultant to analyze client requirements and implement CARE applications. You will support deployments, conduct training, and ensure successful system operation for clients. The role collaborates with project teams to deliver on time and optimize processes.

You will work with SQL, VB.net, ASP.net and Visual Studio while communicating effectively in English to drive improvements and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS or related field.
• 2–5 years in Application/Business/System Analyst or related roles.
• Strong SQL knowledge and familiarity with VB.net, ASP.net and Visual Studio.
• Experience in software implementation projects.
• Understanding of business processes and enterprise applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements; translate into functional specs.
• Configure and implement CARE application solutions for clients.
• Provide application support and troubleshoot client issues.
• Lead user training sessions and prepare training materials.
• Coordinate with project teams to manage risks and deliverables.
• Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
