Qualifications

• Strong understanding of IT systems, hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Good video editing skill and passionate about creating engaging, high-quality video content.
• Proficient in audio and video editing software and familiar with and capable of operating Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, OBS Studio, and Visual Studio
• Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of system administration, user management, data backup, and IT security
• Understanding of payment gateway mechanisms and digital transaction verification processes
• Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolve issues related to hardware, software, computer systems, and network connectivity
• Perform routine maintenance of computers, servers, and network devices to ensure optimal system performance
• Manage and monitor IT network infrastructure, including the installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrading of network devices
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnose technical issues, implement solutions, and provide technical guidance and training to end users/clients
• Manage user accounts, email systems, user permissions, and access controls in accordance with company IT security policies
• Perform data backup, monitoring, and recovery to ensure the security and availability of company data
• Manage payment gateway workflows and handle transaction monitoring, verification, and troubleshooting
