Job summary

PT. Sinergi Bahtera Mitra is seeking a skilled Full Stack Web Developer to design, implement, and maintain web applications and internal IT systems.

The role covers both front-end and back-end work, including database integration and API development, while supporting system integration, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. You will maintain IT hardware, software, network connectivity, and user devices; assist with multimedia tasks such as basic graphic design and video editing; and

Qualifications

• D3/S1 in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Practical experience in Full Stack Web Development covering front-end and back-end.
• Good understanding of back-end programming, REST API, server-side logic, and database management.
• Familiar with relational databases such as MySQL/PostgreSQL and basic design.
• Familiar with Git/version control and basic software development workflow.
• Able to troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and common IT issues.
• Basic knowledge of multimedia tools for image, video, presentation, or digital content production.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with IT and ops teams.

About you
