Job summary

PT Sumber Bintang Rejeki (SUMBIRITEX GROUP) is hiring an IT Support professional to install, upgrade, and maintain IT assets including hardware, software, and networks. You will troubleshoot issues, back up data, and provide day-to-day support to users, ensuring asset health and policy compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in IT/CS/IS and at least 1 year of IT support experience; fresh graduates with strong knowledge are encouraged to apply. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in an IT support or technical support role (fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply).
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and macOS environments.
• Possess knowledge of network devices, switches, routers, wireless access points, and printers.
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn new technologies and continuously develop technical skills.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
