Job summary

Tsicertification seeks a seasoned Training & Development leader to direct ISO training modules and curricula across QMS, EMS, OH&S, ISMS, and sustainability schemes. You will standardize materials, create learning paths, and assess methodologies while growing the TSI Academy’s market presence.

You will recruit and mentor internal and external trainers, shaping pricing, packages, and participant targets, ensuring alignment with current auditing practices and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, Management, Quality Management, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Training & Development or L&D with a managerial role.
• Experience in certification, ISO consulting, auditing, or compliance is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in designing and developing training curricula and modules from the ground up.
• Strong leadership, team development, and ability to manage internal and external trainers.
• Strong bilingual communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of training modules across ISO standards (QMS, EMS, OH&S, ISMS, etc.).
• Develop and standardize training materials, templates, learning paths, and assessments.
• Recruit, develop, and manage internal and associate/external trainers.
• Develop the commercial strategy for TSI Academy, including pricing and packages.
• Ensure content aligns with latest standards, industry requirements, and auditing practices.
• Collaborate with Certification Division and auditors to keep materials relevant.
