Job summary

PT.HCI seeks a dedicated QMS & ISO 9001 Implementation Specialist to lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of our Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001:2015. You will coordinate cross‑functional efforts to ensure processes meet standards and prepare for audits.

The role requires hands‑on experience in gap analyses, document control, KPI setting, NCR handling, and internal audits. You will train staff on quality practices and collaborate with senior management to foster

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QMS/ISO 9001 implementation.
• Experience implementing ISO 9001 from gap assessment to certification preferred.
• Certified ISO 9001 Internal Auditor.
• Knowledge of ISO 19011 preferred.
• Experience in developing SOP, procedure, work instruction and forms.
• Strong understanding of process approach, KPI, risk management, NCR and corrective action.
• Good communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work with senior management and department heads.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a QMS based on ISO 9001.
• Conduct initial QMS gap assessment.
• Map and document company business processes.
• Develop procedures, work instructions, forms and required documented information.
• Coordinate implementation of QMS across all departments.
• Establish Quality Objectives and departmental KPIs.
• Establish NCR, corrective action and continual improvement processes.
• Develop and maintain document control system.
• Conduct internal audits and follow up audit findings.
• Facilitate Management Review.
• Coordinate preparation for ISO 9001 certification audit.
• Provide ISO 9001 awareness and implementation training to employees.
