Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with QEHS workgroups and management teams to develop and maintain procedures.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of QEHS management systems.
• Conduct and facilitate Management Review meetings and follow up on actions.
• Assist in monitoring and supporting 5S and workplace safety implementations.
• Manage, control, maintain and distribute controlled documents per ISO requirements.
• Support preparation of reports and documentation related to QEHS performance for authorities.
• Ensure document management processes are effectively implemented and continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with QEHS workgroups and departmental management teams to develop, maintain, and ensure effective implementation of management system procedures.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety (QEHS) management systems.
• Conduct and facilitate Management Review meetings and follow up on action plans.
• Assist in monitoring and supporting 5S and workplace safety implementation across departments.
• Manage, control, maintain, and distribute controlled documents in accordance with ISO requirements, ensuring document accuracy, traceability, and compliance.
• Support the preparation of reports and required documentation related to EHS performance and regulatory compliance for government authorities.
• Ensure document management processes are effectively implemented and continuously improved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Good understanding of QEHS standards, ISO management systems, and applicable regulations.
• Experience in ISO system implementation and document control activities is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of documentation accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
