Job summary

The role requires coordinating internal audits, reporting findings to top management, and acting as liaison with certification bodies during surveillance and audits; strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field; preferably Engineering, Management, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems, QA, or QC.
• Valid ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification; ISO 14001/ISO 45001 a plus.
• Strong understanding of PDCA, business risk management, and document control.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the QMS is properly implemented and maintained per standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate periodic Internal Audits.
• Report QMS performance, findings, and improvement opportunities to Top Management.
• Serve as liaison with external Certification Bodies during surveillance and certification audits.
