ANDALAN EDU AKTIF is seeking an Islamic Studies teacher in Jakarta to design and deliver student-centered Islamic education, fostering character, integrity, and religious practice in alignment with the school’s philosophy.

The role requires teaching experience and strong communication, with a focus on developing understanding of Islamic teachings and values across grade levels. Collaboration with staff and involvement in school programs are expected.

Competenze

• Relevant educational background and qualifications in Islamic Studies or a related field.
• Teaching experience or relevant professional experience; familiarity with the IB framework is an advantage.
• Strong communication, instructional, and classroom management skills.
• Demonstrates integrity, empathy, respect, and the ability to serve as a positive role model.

The Islamíc Studies Teacher plans and delivers meaningful, student-centered Islamíc education that develops students’ understanding of Islamíc teachings, faith, moral values, and daily religious practices. The teacher supports students in building strong character, integrity, empathy, respect, and responsibility while fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment aligned with the school’s educational philosophy.

Key Responsibilities
