Qualifications

• Proficiency in using inspection tools, gauges, and measuring equipment.
• Strong understanding of quality control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual and physical inspections of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Utilize various measurement tools and equipment to verify product dimensions and specifications.
• Identify and document non-conforming products, initiating the appropriate corrective actions.
• Perform in-process quality checks at various stages of the manufacturing process.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and reports, ensuring traceability of materials and products.
• Collaborate with production staff to ensure quality standards are understood and maintained on the production floor.
