Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Reconcile invoices and payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Maintain detailed records of all invoicing and payment transactions.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure invoicing procedures are in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving invoicing-related issues.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses as required.
