Job summary

Fuse is seeking an Investor Relations & Corporate Finance Manager to transform financial and business data into compelling narratives and present them confidently to investors, the Executive Team, and the Board.

You will manage day-to-day investor communications and work with Finance and cross-functional teams on performance analysis, fundraising, and strategic planning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or related field.

About the Job

At FUSE, we believe strong investor communication and financial strategy are critical to supporting sustainable growth and long-term decision-making.
We are looking for an Investor Relations & Corporate Finance Manager who can turn financial and business data into clear, compelling stories and confidently communicate them to investors and senior management.
This is a highly investor-facing role. While financial data, analysis, and supporting materials are prepared together with the relevant internal teams, you will be expected to deeply understand the numbers, identify the key business insights, and present the story clearly and confidently to investors, the Executive Team, and the Board.
This role will work closely with the Executive Team, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage investor communications, support fundraising initiatives, analyze business performance, and contribute to strategic financial planning.

What You'll Do

Investor Relations & Communication

Own day-to-day communication and relationship management with existing and potential investors.

Present FUSE's business and financial performance to investors with confidence, clarity, and strong business storytelling.

Translate financial and operational data into clear narratives, key messages, and actionable insights for investors, the Executive Team, and the Board of Directors.

Prepare and deliver investor updates, business performance reviews, financial presentations, and executive-level materials.

Act as a key point of contact for investor questions and coordinate with internal teams to provide accurate, timely, and well-articulated responses.

Anticipate potential investor questions and proactively identify the key messages, risks, and areas requiring further explanation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and understand their key areas of interest and concerns.

Financial Analysis & Business Insight

Analyze financial statements, business performance, KPIs, and key business drivers to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas requiring management attention.

Develop a strong understanding of the underlying data and business drivers, rather than simply reporting numbers.

Work with Finance and business teams to validate data, investigate variances, and ensure the accuracy and consistency of information presented to investors.

Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support fundraising, strategic planning, and investment decisions.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.

Use data to develop clear recommendations and insights for senior management.

Support fundraising activities, including investor presentations, financial information preparation, data room management, due diligence, and investor engagement.

Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and other relevant teams throughout fundraising and due diligence processes.

Support preparation of fundraising materials, financial analyses, and investor-related documentation.

Conduct industry research, competitor benchmarking, and market analysis to support investor messaging and strategic initiatives.

Support other corporate finance initiatives, including investment evaluation, M&A, due diligence, and strategic transactions when required.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

5–8 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Financial Advisory, Strategic Finance, or related roles.

Strong presentation and communication skills, with proven experience presenting business or financial performance to investors, senior management, or Board-level stakeholders.

Confident and articulate in front of investors, able to explain complex financial or business topics clearly, handle questions, and communicate with credibility.

Strong foundation in Accounting and Finance, with a solid understanding of financial statements and business performance.

Strong data sense and analytical thinking, able to look beyond the numbers, identify what matters, and understand the business story behind the data.

Strong Excel skills and the ability to independently analyze, manipulate, and interpret financial and business data.

Strong financial modeling capabilities and experience working with forecasts, budgets, and scenario analyses.

Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, concise, and investor-friendly narratives.

Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Investor Relations within technology, fintech, startups, financial services, or publicly listed companies.

Experience regularly presenting to investors, shareholders, Board members, or other senior external stakeholders.

Experience supporting fundraising, Series funding, private placements, debt or equity financing, or other capital-raising activities.

Previous experience in Big Four, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, transaction advisory, financial advisory, or strategic finance.

Experience preparing investor decks, Board materials, fundraising materials, and financial models.

Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, CA, or FMVA are a plus
