Job summary

PT SURYA SEMESTA INTERNUSA TBK in Karawang, West Java, seeks an experienced Corporate Finance Lead to guide fundraising, financing, and strategic transactions. You will build financial models, forecasts, and provide management with actionable insights through performance analysis and market trends.

In this role, you will manage Investor Relations, prepare investor materials, and coordinate with external advisors on capital markets initiatives and strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial analysis, and accounting.
• Advanced financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Knowledge of capital markets and Investor Relations is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
